ともみ ： みなさん、勉強はどうですか。来年、大学にはいるための、大きいしけんがあるから、今年、いっしょうけんめい勉強しています。１時間目がはじまる前とほうかごは、学校のとしょかんで勉強して、毎ばん、じゅくでおそくまで勉強しています。だから、ストレスがたくさんあって、とてもつかれています。でも、しけんのことがしんぱいで、あまりねることができません。みなさんは、ストレスがある時、どんなことをしていますか。アドバイス、よろしくおねがいします。
たかし ： ともみさんは、たくさん勉強していますね。ぼくはあまりストレスはありません。毎日、ばんごはんの前に２０分くらい、にわで父とバスケットボールをします。そして、週まつは朝、勉強をしますが、ひるごはんの後はぜんぜん勉強しません。大好きなペットのいぬといっしょに公園に行ってフリスビーであそんだりしますよ。
さおり ： ともみさん、しゅみがありますか。しゅみがあった方がいいですよ。私のしゅみはまんがを読むことです。勉強してつかれた時は、一時間くらいまんがを読みます。そして、週まつにはカフェでおんがくを聞きながら勉強します。いつも朝5時におきて、学校へ行く前に勉強しますが、夜は勉強しないではやくねます。それから、私は土曜日は勉強するけど、日曜日は休みます。ゆっくり休んだら、また月曜日からがんばれますよ。
